AAJ is pleased to announce the selection of Travel Planners as the new housing services provider for meetings, events and conventions.  Travel Planners will take over convention housing services from ETA beginning with the 2010 Annual Convention in Vancouver.  Travel Planners will take over housing services for NCA programs and smaller events beginning with those taking place in March 2010 and beyond.    

Travel Planners specializes in housing for associations, tradeshows and conventions, they are not a travel agency.  Travel Planners handles more than 100 meetings a year for over 60 clients.

AAJ Members will be able to make their housing arrangements through Travel Planners.  Benefits of Travel Planner services include:

·        Real-time reservations via online, fax and phone (phone reservations were not previously available)

·        Attendees can search real-time inventory of hotel rooms, suites, rates within our block.

·        Attendees can manage their existing reservation online to make changes or cancellations.

·        Attendees will receive an immediate confirmation of their reservation via email that includes the actual hotel confirmation number.
