This VIP Hospitality Suite will be used for registration check-in, making business calls, faxing or making copies, and for just getting away and socializing. Sponsor will be allowed to stock the office with customized office supplies and will also receive five (5) tickets to the Opening Reception.

The “Jury Box” will be a central meeting place inside the Exhibit Hall where convention attendees can mingle and network in a relaxed atmosphere contained within the convention center.  Sponsor may provide marketing materials and/or customized giveaways to be placed on the bar and cocktail tables scattered throughout.  Sponsoring Company name and logo will be prominently displayed within the Jury Box.

The 4^th Annual Section Connection will be held on Sunday, July 11. This is a reception open to all AAJ Section Members and provides them with the opportunity to network with other AAJ members in similar areas of law practice. The Leonard E. Weinglass in Defense of Civil Liberties Award honors an attorney or a civil rights advocate who has made a noteworthy contribution to the defense of civil rights and civil liberties.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Weinglass Award, you will receive signage, the Civil Rights Section member mailing list, recognition in the Vancouver Convention Program Book, and promotions throughout the convention including your logo in the Sections Schedule-at-a-Glance which is provided to all convention attendees.

The Raffle Card for the Exhibit Hall will have a maximum of 15 spaces available for exhibitor signatures. For $1,000, your company name and/or logo can be listed as a “required signature spot” on the Raffle Card. This means every attendee who wants to participate in the drawing for the free trip to the 2011 Winter Convention in Miami must stop by your booth for a signature. Company name and/or logo will be printed on the Raffle Card on your required signature spot.
