Where is registration located and what are the hours?
Registration is located in The Hub, Level 2 of the Hynes Convention Center. The hours for registration are as follows:

Attending an AAJ Convention is an exclusive benefit provided only to the following AAJ member types and their guests:
- Regular, Sustaining, President's Club, Life, Paralegal Affiliates, Government, military, Retired, Law Students, Law Graduates, and Law Professors.
- Judges, as well as State and Provincial Trial Lawyer Association Directors and their Staff are welcome.
Can I reserve my hotel room before registering for the Annual meeting?
No, you must register first for convention to receive the hotel link. Once registered, the link will be included in your confirmation email. To register for convention, please click here.
How do I receive CLE credits from the education sessions I attend at convention?
Upon check-in, you will receive a packet that includes CLE forms and instructions on filling them out. Please return them to the AAJ booth before you leave the convention. If you did not get a chance to do so before leaving, please email or fax them to AAJ.
When will the app for convention be available?
The app for convention will be available for download approximately one week prior to the start of convention. You will receive an email prior, containing download instructions and your login and password to access the app.
What date is the last day I have to register for convention?
Registrations will be taken all the way through the end of convention on July 25th. Registrations by phone and fax will be taken until Friday, July 14, 2017. After July 14th, you can register online or onsite beginning Friday, July 21st at 2:00 pm in The Hub, Level 2, Hynes Convention Center.
I am interested in speaking at convention. How do I go about signing up?

I am no longer able to attend the annual convention. Can I transfer my registration to another person from my firm?
Yes! The person must be a member of AAJ and an eligible member type to attend convention. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the new registrants name and contact information.
I no longer able to attend the annual convention. How do I cancel?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ to email@example.com. Cancellations received by May 12, 2017, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 13 and June 16, 2017, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After June 16, 2017, requests for refunds will not be honored. Cancellations received on or after July 10, 2017 will not be processed until on or after July 31, 2017.
I cancelled my Annual Meeting registration with AAJ. Will AAJ also cancel my hotel reservation?
No, you must cancel your hotel reservation with OnPeak/the hotel directly.
